Bio
Jamie is a three-time European champion and was a member of the historic gold medal winning team in Tokyo.
They narrrowly missed out on a medal at Paris 2024 finishing fourth after a narrow 50-48 defeat to Australia - a team they had been in the group stage
He always dreamed of becoming a Paralympian and tried a number of sports including wheelchair basketball before making his international wheelchair rugby debut in 2014 at the Canada Cup.
He was subsequently selected for his first World Championships later that year and made his Paralympic debut in Rio.
Jamie, who has Cerebral Palsy, is regarded as one of the best 2.5 players in the world after getting awards for best in class at major tournaments.
At club level, he captains and coaches the Leicester Tigers team, where he has helped them win two national titles. He credits his love of sport to his favourite football team Manchester United.
