The Coventry native has always been passionate about making a Paralympic team and before basketball, she participated in wheelchair tennis and on the track in wheelchair racing with a 100m personal best of 18.73 seconds.
She made her international debut for basketball at the 2013 European Championships in Frankfurt, where she won her first major medal in the sport with bronze. She has built an impressive European medal collection since with two more bronzes and three silvers. Charlotte played a key role in GB Women’s historic World Championship silver in 2018.
Charlotte made her Paralympic debut at Rio 2016 where she was part of the ParalympicsGB’s best ever finish in women’s wheelchair basketball where they reached the bronze medal match and finished fourth.
Charlotte made history at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, winning bronze with Team England in the first ever appearance of wheelchair basketball.
