Ben Sandilands astounding Paralympic debut at Paris 2024 saw him take Gold in the T20 1500m and breaking the World Record in the process
Sandilands announced himself on the world stage in Paris in 2023 when he became the T20 1500m champion at the age of 19 in his first year on the World Class Programme.
He made an incredible surge in the last 200m to win in a Championship Record time of 3:52.42.
His athletics history dates back to the age of 10, where he has been running for his club in Fife. In Scotland, he trains alongside the reigning Paralympic champion in the T20 1500m, Owen Miller.
