Tim Jeffery made it third time lucky when he shot his way onto the Paralympic podium, claiming a bronze medal at Paris 2024.
Tim made his Paralympic debut at Rio 2016 and has since gone on to compete at three consecutive Games.
Tim first picked up a rifle aged 11 with the Scout Association and has been unable to put one down since.
Born with just one hand, he was set on proving to everyone that he could hold and fire a rifle that was almost bigger than him.
He made three finals in Tokyo at the age of 24 with a best-placed finish of 6th in the R9 Mixed 50m Rifle SH2 Prone rifle.
According to him, this was his best achievement in the sport since winning his first World Cup gold medal in 2015 with his brother watching at the event in Australia.
Away from the range, Tim enjoys rock climbing and cooking and is also studying psychology through the Open university.
