Oscar Kelly will be making his Paralympic debut in Paris with Charlie Harding, just three years after his international debut in the sport.
Oscar was always a keen cyclist and says he taught himself to ride in his childhood but eventually his parents banned him from cycling to school because it was dangerous with his deteriorating eyesight at the time.
He showed impressive promise in his debut season when he cycled again for triathlon, winning a silver medal at his first international event before being crowned British champion.
The following season he was second at World Triathlon Para Series Montreal before finishing fifth for Team England at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham
From July 2023, where they finished second at the Para-Triathlon World Series in Swansea, Kelly and Harding have finished in the top four of their last six events as they prepare for Paris.
