Callie-Ann Warrington is a European gold medallist, securing her title at the 2024 championships in Madeira ahead of a debut Paralympic Games appearance in Paris.
Maidstone-born Warrington’s S10 100m Butterfly gold in Madeira was delivered just weeks after claiming multi-classification 50m Freestyle silver at the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships in London.
Introduced to the water at just 16 weeks old, Warrington’s parents encouraged her through learn to swim classes before she joined her first club, Maidstone Swimming Club, when she was seven and hasn’t looked back since – now training under Adam Naylor at RTW Monson.
Away from the pool Warrington is a qualified diagnostic radiographer (X-Ray), loves all animals and was once in a panto at the Hazlit theatre in Maidstone with Joe Swash’s sister.
