Brock Whiston has represented Great Britain at three consecutive Para Swimming World Championships, having made her mark on her international debut at London 2019 with four golds and multiple world records.
Whiston won gold in the SB8 100m Breaststroke, SM8 200m Individual Medley, 34pt 4x100m Medley Relay and 34pt 4x100m Freestyle Relay events at her debut Worlds in London, winning each of the four finals in which she featured.
Following a period away from international competition, Whiston reached an individual final on her return to the global stage at Madeira 2022, before qualifying for her third World Championships appearance a year later where she reached three finals in front of a home crowd at Manchester 2023.
After taking swimming lessons as a youngster, Whiston developed her love for the sport, along with an admiration for Ellie Simmonds and her achievements. Paris 2024 will be Whiston’s first Paralympic Games.
Away from the pool Whiston enjoys baking and visiting zoos.
