ParalympicsGB partner spotlight: Papa John’s 

Papa John’s joined the ParalympicsGB partner family in 2020 and are supporting the team through raising money and awareness. They also have three incredible athlete ambassadors, David Weir, Alfie Hewett, and Alice Tai following their journey to the Games.

WE ARE LIMITLESS Campaign and Fundraising

Papa John’s created impactful social media content to drive awareness of their ParalympicsGB partnership as part of the digital marketing campaign, We Are Limitless. The campaign aims to raise awareness and acts as a rallying cry, encouraging both Papa John’s staff and customers to break limits and aim to raise £250,000 for ParalympicsGB collectively.  

Papa John’s have also launched a ParalympicsGB box which they are using to deliver pizzas to their customers. The box has all the details on how customers can donate in support of ParalympicsGB. 

‘Going for Gold’ – Franchisee and Store Manager Conference​

Papa John’s supercharged their Franchisee and Store Manager Conference by pre-announcing their partnership with ParalympicsGB to this internal audience and by surprising delegates with an appearance from ParalympicsGB athlete Emma Wiggs, who spoke to the conference about ‘Going for Gold’ and how this linked Papa John’s business objectives with ParalympicsGB. Emma shared her inspirational story with the Papa John’s team and aligned her personal and sporting experiences with Papa John’s strategic corporate messaging as well as providing photo opportunities with her Rio 2016 medals to motivate staff for the upcoming year. ​
