Come and meet us, we’re great to work with. In a recent survey, when asked what was great about working at the BPA, staff said the following:

About you
The British Paralympic Association and UK Sport are embarking on a collaborative endeavour to evolve how future Paralympic athletes are recruited and developed.
As the Athlete Recruitment Network Manager, you will be playing a key role in this evolution and be instrumental in establishing a National Athlete Recruitment Network. In doing so you will be providing opportunities for active individuals who are eligible for Paralympic sport to explore their potential and progress towards Elite Paralympic performance.
You will be focused on having an impact on the Paralympic talent pool for the 2028 Paralympic Games and beyond. Your key duties will include:
· Growing connectivity between Great Britain’s Paralympic sports and other key organisations involved in the athletic development of disabled athletes,
· Delivering bespoke and novel system initiatives that enhance athlete recruitment
· Supporting the development journey of disabled athletes as they progress towards Paralympic Performance Sport.
You will be passionate about Paralympic sport and athlete recruitment and development, with an ability to build strong relationship and work with multiple stakeholders. You will have a good level of knowledge and understanding of the British Paralympic and disability sport landscape, especially an appreciation of the different stakeholders working with active disabled individuals. You will have a track record of planning, implementing, and managing complex projects.
We are a close-knit team who work collaboratively (nationally and internationally) across the High Performance system. The environment we work in is positive, challenging and fun, as you would expect in a sporting organisation. We are committed to delivering excellence for the National Governing Bodies and Partners we work with and for every member of ParalympicsGB, both athletes and staff.
The successful candidate will be supported every step of the way on their journey with the BPA. We are committed to ‘a positive Team experience from start line to finish line and beyond…’ and are committed to helping all our staff develop their skills and reach their full potential.
