David Ross appointed Non-Executive Director at the British Paralympic Association

David Ross is a UK based entrepreneur and philanthropist best known for co-founding The Carphone Warehouse Group plc.

David has a wealth of experience across a number of sport and education organisations. He is a Board member of the British Olympic Association and was board member for Commonwealth Games England and the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and the London Legacy Development Corporation.

David Ross said: “I’m delighted to join the British Paralympic Association Board at an exciting and challenging time for British sport with a Paralympic Games coming up in Tokyo next year and the ambitions of the Paralympic movement ever-evolving, I am looking forward to working with BPA colleagues to shape the direction of travel for the BPA.”

Appointments have also been made for the Executive team at the BPA. Adrian Stockman has been appointed as Finance and Corporate Services Director. Adrian comes from the Sport and Recreation Alliance having worked in a number of not-for-profit organisations, leading on Finance, people development, business strategy & operations and governance.

Adrian Stockman will be joining the BPA as Finance and Corporate Services Director in January 2020.

Jenny Seymour has been appointed the role of Commercial Director. Jenny has been Commercial Manager at the BPA since 2015.
