After watching the Paralympic Games on TV in 2000 she announced to her parents that competing at a Paralympic Games was what she wanted to do and from that point onwards she worked towards her goal of selection to ParalympicsGB.
Natasha made her senior Championship debut in 2011, when she represented Great Britain at the European Championships. After producing two great tests, Natasha returned with two individual gold medals.

Aged 22, Natasha made her Games debut and claimed Britain's first Equestrian gold of London 2012 at Greenwich Park. With her horse Cabral, she scored a Paralympic record for her grade II class, scoring 76.857% to win the Championship Test. Two days later, she would win another gold medal in the Freestyle event, making a valuable contribution to the Equestrian team's 11-medal haul in London.

“It’s just the most incredible feeling in the world, coming to my first Games – a home Games – and to come home with two gold medals." Natasha Baker

In the 2013 New Year's Honours, Natasha was awarded a MBE.

Natasha has transverse myelitis.
