Norman Brodie

Norman is currently the CEO of a food business and became involved with the BPA whilst running Cadbury’s London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic activation programme covering consumers, customers, colleagues and community. He also created the award winning Cadbury ‘Spots-v-Stripes’ London 2012 Community Initiative.

Prior to becoming a CEO Norman held a range of Director level positions within Commercial and Marketing with major brands including Coca-Cola, Scottish & Newcastle, KP McVities, Lucozade Ribena Suntory and Red Chilli Consulting.

Key areas of expertise include marketing, digital, sales, category management, consultancy, sponsorship and change management.
